I've decided to N/A my 1.6 miata instead of turbo it (using most of the turbo parts on my 240 so its all good). But to my question, would it be worth it to swap in a 1.8 over the 1.6 in terms of achievable power? the 1.8's greater displacement is due to the longer stroke right? so my rev's could not be as high as a 1.6 which is needed to get the most out of a N/A engine true? I know i'll probably need a 1.8 but just wanted to know what u guys thought.

Do a 1.8 swap if the funds are there.
Its not as rev happy in stock form but it has more low end grunt and a little more peak power due to the extra displacement.
In order to get power out of a N/A engine you'll need to rev high.
