the insurance company had already nabbed up my friends car, he called them up and said that he has aftermarket parts that he did not want to let go. he made them bring the car to him. this was almost a week after his accident.

Then I will be doing that if they will let me since they haven't cut me a check yet...if I do get the few after market parts they will be on here for sale for sure

dont back down from what you want them to do. you pay for insurance, your paying their salary.

It's YOUR car, not theirs. If you have full coverage, they will reimburse you and take the title which you can buy back. If you don't have full coverage, or if they don't want to reimburse you, then they have absolutely no claim to the car at all.

That **** should be in your driveway.

yea see i dont know **** about how full coverage works that was the first car that i ever owned that i ever had full coverage on?

you should listen to them you are the boss and nothing can or will happen with out yoursay so they do not own the car until you accept the terms and or payment it is all in your fine print. why is it 99% of young people nvr fully read what they sign geez. You throw away alot of good rights by doing that.

talked to insurance adjuster guys cool went to highschool with my cousin lol only like 27? said whatever i want out of the car go get it because it wont affect the value of the car due to it being a fire damage total loss...so who wants the chrome role bar and chrome door sills lol
