Default 95' Miata

What would be the right size of turbo for a completly stock miata (performance wise) would it be either the Garrett GT2554R, GT2560R, and GT3071R?

If you put a turbo on it then it would be stock (performance wise) anymore now would it?

For stock performance, swap in a 1.6L and add a greddy kit.
