ok,i change timing belt.set the crankshaft to T,mark and point **** of cam shaft at 12 o clock,tight everything,car wont start.now take it off timing belt,i rotate crank shaft until tdc on #1 cyl all the way up.point 12 oclock **** on cam shaft.tight every thing,car start,only problem when im timing it w/gun the timing marks read way to advance,way past the timing mark on plastic cover.what could be the problem?? pls help

note:car has greddy turbo,getting ready for mspnp,thats why i wanna set timing 10deg for mspnp ready on the way.

 

Take a picture and post it of the cams with timing belt installed when the bottom timing belt cog "U" is pointing up at the arrow.
