ACT streetlight flywheel, but no dowel pins
 

I ordered a ACT streetlight flywheel for my 94 a few months back and I pulled the car apart this weekend to install it plus an extreme clutch kit. After pulling the tranny I opened up the flywheel package and the damn thing has no dowel pins. On a sunday night there is not much you can do about that. :vash:

Anybody else seen something like this? I'll call them tomorrow and see what the hell is up. :mad:

Are those the little things that stick out to put the pressure plate on?

That is strange.

Just as a follow up, I contacted ACT and they shipped me out new dowel pins. I pressed them in and installed the flywheel. All is well. I also went with some flywheel bolts from ARP. They didn't have a Miata specific flywheel bolt kit, but had a honda kit that worked just fine.

there are miata specific flywheel bolts, they are for BP engines in general
