Default Almost Done!!!

Well, after breaking the stock Viscous gears, and letting the car collect a few layers of dust (11 weeks worth) I am almost finished with the build.

The list of parts is VERY LONG, so I'll just refer you to my garage to see them all.

The car is still not complete, as I am waiting on a few more parts to get in, but it should be RUNNING in a few days. Gonna get it tuned (AEM EMS) for just stock WG boost (5.5psi) and then drive it around a few days to make sure everything is right before turning up the boost.

Modified rear bumper. We are going to run either DS or center exhaust in the back, we'll know for sure when we get it on the lift and everything laid out.

When we do get into turning up the boost, we are gonna see how much the TD04H will make, hopefully around 270-280whp, we are gonna try to get as close to 300whp as it will flow.

Should be tons of fun, and I'll get to drive it till I blow the stock motor.

I almost dropped by Alamo last saturday...my dad has his shop at colorado and Cooper, but on the other side of the street in those warehouses. I'll have to come visit when I get my car put together.

It looks like that car has come a long way.

Yes, that was the day I got the FMIC installed and 7psi (146whp/128tq). I was heading home and ran into my friend with the WRX. I wouldn't say I got toasted. The first one was from 50mph, and I just put it in 3d, so he pulled me, second was from 40, I was in 2d, and we were pretty much even. The WRX is a Stg II flash with 3" DP and exhaust. He has tied and pulled 1/2 car on stock/intake STi's. I have ran him about 5 times, he is my benchmark for mods done to the car. Everytime I did a mod, I would go run him. He has since stopped streetracing cause he went to jail shortly after our race. I have since raced a few cars that beat him, and beat both of them. The only mods after that race were 8psi, and tuned it with the Begi AFPR. I dyno'd one time with those mods and made 157whp/156tq with the wastegate not holding the boost over 5k rpm. I fixed it, but never re-dyno'd. The AFPR made a big difference, I gained ALOT of torque, so should have gotten close to 170whp on the dyno if the boost had held at 8psi. Oh well, those will forever be referred to as the days when I was SLOW!
