zed's dead baby. Zed's dead.

This is a real pain my ****. Now I have to ******* god damn make one. I'm really, really ******* pissed. This is the one thing in my way of completing the car, and now I have to make something when I don't have the ******* equipment to do it. I might just have to run the begi piece, and not have a heater, which really sucks *****.

Sorry about this guys, As I PM'd Hustler, My father and I got into a huge blowout and I lost my job with him, it is his machining factory and he is the one to say yes or no to me using the machinery after hours. I am trying to smoothe things over but im not sure how well its going, I have been very busy as I have had to take a temp job at staples, go ahead and laugh, but I need to pay my bills. Once my father and I have sorted things out or maybe when I go see my grandfather again I can whip up a few. I will be seeing my grandfather again in under a month. i am really sorry for this guys, Noone is more sad then me, because I lost my job and I was going to do this on the side for a little extra cash.

I declare Jihad on you and your father, this is totally unacceptable.

Give me your dad's number. Lets schedule a time and I will mediate a dispute resolution. Sure, its sad that a family is broken, but the real tragedy is my car and its completion. Family members come and go, but material possessions are forever.

Look, this is who you're father is making suffer:

I hope it feels good.

Er, so if you're giving up, share the drawings, perhaps someone might be able to:
1) Find someone to make them cheap
2) Refine the design enough to make it less opperations, cheaper to make?

Run an NB sensor, it has both gauges in one little 3 wire sensor

Sorry guys, the car is for sale and my father and I are officially over. Drawing is on the first page of this forum in the first post. all measurement are on the blue print. only things i would suggest are to either machine a c'bore to accomedate a tstat, and maybe change the size of the heater return (if your going to use the turbo like I did) I messed something up in the core and coolant ended up coming out when taking hard corners, but im positive I broke a seal of some sort. or it could have something to do with me putting the turbo out into the heater out and the the heater in to the heater out. lol

That sucks about the car, your dad.

That sure LOOKS like it came from actual cad software - you don't have the file? Just nice to have.

It works with both 1.6 and 1.8?

I might have to make me one of these...

Why not just buy the JR spacer? It is cheap and it works great. I've been using it for something like 5-6 years now in my coolant reroute - never had any issues with it.
All you have to do is make a little step in it for the thermostat ...

Huh. How much are they? Truthfully, I've just never looked at these at all., Reroute is something in my far future, though I guess with my motor out for a month, it might be a good time to look at it.

mine worked perfectly for the 1.6.. not sure about a 1.8. As I said no more contact with my father. It came from a program called SolidWorks. (better version of CAD). I dont have the file. that pic was taken in the shop for you guys.
Yea the miata is being sold(im going to try to buy it with the no money i have)
