Default Anyone able to help with no dash lights or tail lights?

Hey everyone! This is my first post here.
I recently acquired an 1996 BRG with a tan top for a pretty good deal. Anyways I noticed I have no dash lights, tail lights, or HVAC backlighting. Horn and washer pump don’t work either.

I’ve been going at this for a couple days trying to figure out what is wrong and I’m stumped now.
i have verified voltage at the tail fuse and followed the white/blue wire that goes to the TNS relay and found the two wires leading from the tns connector has broken off from the main harness. So I reattached those wires still to no avail. I’ve also swapped my relay with the fan relay and still nothing. Fuses are good too. Any insight would be awesome not sure where to look next.

Do the two white/blue wires at the TNS relay have 12v? Does the light green wire at the TNS relay have continuity to ground when the stalk is put in the tail position? Do the tail lights work when you jumper one of the white/blue wires to the red/black wire? Does the BTN fuse have voltage on both sides? Do all the tail lights have good continuity to ground on the black wires? If you pull out the dimmer switch, does the red/black have voltage? Does the black have ground?

I’ll check all that and report back, thank you!!

The only wiring diagram I have for the '96 is the Mitchell version, not as easy to read (in my opinion) as the Mazda version, but I've uploaded it here for reference.

Update: I have redid my crimp on the white/blue wires leading to the tns as I forgot heat shrink , and now I’ve noticed that the hvac backlighting, taillights, and markers have a started working again. No dash illumination, horn, or washer fluid still.
