Thanks in advance!

OK So its not rims, but wheels. Thanks for the clarification. Anyone knows? They look great.

Hey asshat this is a classy kinda place, those are called wheels, not rims.

Joe Perez 01-29-2013 07:12 PM

Hey, Wesley. Welcome to the forum. I see that you have already received the standard new-user indoctrination. :D

MicaCeli 01-29-2013 07:29 PM

Forget da RAMS where is the exhaust?

In my country, we call those rims. Where we live must not be classy enough for you.

No, only dumb and ignorant people (also known as "hoodrats" in America) call wheels "rims".

...and if you learned something new from looking at that picture, well....at least you can read. There is no hope for you.

Here's a fun thing to do: Walk into a bicycle shop and ask for a new rim. You will get something that looks like this:

If you want, they can also sell you spokes and a hub, and assemble them all into a complete wheel.

Same rule applies here.

Don't try to fight it. You're in a forum filled with lots and lots of solid technical info, which happens to be populated with pedantic grammar-nazis who enjoy hazing the new folks. Just give in, take your ass-pounding like a man, and conform. We'll use lube, we promise. :D

Gryff 01-29-2013 10:22 PM

Well... Joe might use lube... that promise only carries as far as his voice...

boedhiman 01-29-2013 11:11 PM

Original post edited. Nobody knows what WHEELS are these?

Gryff 01-29-2013 11:27 PM

The kind with 8 spokes. you can thank me later.

Konig Flatout - They look similar to the silver "wheels" I have here in the dining room. FYI since you're new you might not shit right for a week.

Braineack 01-30-2013 03:27 PM

they look more like Rota Circuit 8 RAMZ.

They are some imitation of Volk CE28N wheels.

You sure whoever you heard it from was talking about miatas? I heard that about a few forum members' moms as well.
