Default Bad IACV? idle valve test

Hey guys, I have been trying to figure out if the reason when running the idle valve test, the rpm doesn't change from 1-70 and when it starts changing rpms, it's a small little window at around 85-90 and theres a loud clicking sound that makes my car start smoking. I attached a couple of logs from a while back that shows what I am talking about. This is for my 1990 1.6 turbo Miata. Any ideas would be great. Thank you!
