Default base timing question?

What would be a good base timing for a greddy setup pushing about 6-8 psi? or should i just leave it at stock?

What kind of gasoline?

Any intercooling?

Greddy calls for 6 degrees BTDC, and that's assuming 5PSI and 93 R+M gasoline. If you're doing 8 PSI I'd probably go down to 4 degrees or less, though your EGTs will really start climbing at this point.

If you're not going to go Piggyback, I'd at least start browsing for a used Bipes ACU.

i've got emanage for timing and fuel for now, still need to find a base map, i will eventually put in oldguys o2 clamp and autotune, and already installed starion intercooler. i have 89 octane gas in the tank right now but plan on bumping it to 91 when my tank goes down. just wondering, whats stock timing?
