Does the 1.8L cast mani fit the 94-05 heads. I'm about to purchase the one for sale in the parts thread, but want to make sure it will fit my application. The seller is pretty sure it will fit, but recommended that I ask the forum.

 

I believe the difference is the EGR fitting.

 

I'm going to block it off anyway, unless I'm supposed to use it when I swap to a 99 head? Will this be ok?

 

I was told by BEGi that the difference is only in the location of the EGR port (I was looking at a used one and called them), since that doesn't matter to you, a 1.8L manifold should be the same across years.
Since it's a BEGi product, call them and ask.

 

It will fit......... if you are blocking the EGR port it should be all the same thing at that point...

 

I've got a 99 manifold on my 96. Just blocked off the EGR.

 

The manifold for the 94 is the same one as the 2002 one. Except....... the egr.

If you are going to block it off, it would work just fine.
