Bell engineering site problem?

okay so I go to Begi's site and this shows up. anyone else have this problem, or Is my computer just a piece of ****. any ideas, what the problem may be?

Excellent, a NOOB who will fit right in. And erv, just so you know, as much as we all love BEGi, their website absolutely sucks.. it's a known issue.
