I crunched my front end on the way home from work. Luckily, no damage to the engine or even my FMIC set up. Accordioned the hood, damaged the driver side fender, smashed my RB Type II nose, crushed the radiator cowl/hood latch, and cracked the plastic part on top of the stock radiator. The most heartbreaking part was ruining my 9 month old custom paint with black racing stripes accross the hood. The car was still drivable home.
I ordered a new Godspeed, a new RB front end, and some TSIs as soon as I got home. I would love to source the OEM hood and fender from someone here if anybody has the parts available. I'm assuming the radiator cowl can be replaced as well or does it have to be completely rebuilt?
I just need the name of a good body shop that could put it all together and match the custom paint. I'd take it back to the shop where I got the custom work done, but it was a bit pricey (Didn't have to pay for it) and the guy took forever to complete the work.
Thanks!
