If you had a 1.8 and a 1.6 with the exact same setup, both set at say 12psi what would the rwhp difference be?

I would check FM dyno they most like would have a dyno of there FM turbo system on a 1.6 and a 1.8 and you could see the difference.

My guess would be 25-40 whp and 20-30 tq... but that just a guess based off stock power difference, and nothing but a guess.

Again what 1.8 are we talking about, that makes a huge difference..

 

Depends on the conditions of the motors and the tune.

 

stock motors, I'd say the 1.8 makes more better torque (maybe much better), but the hp numbers are comparable

 

Quicker spool with the 1.8 too.

 

larger displacement engines will spool a the same turbo quicker
