Default BOV question

I have a Blitz BOV it works kind of but still has some small amount of surge. Any ideas? I've only read a couple threads on blitz specifically and read 1 person say it surges and only kind of works.

I purchased their standard spring rate as the one that came with it was the stronger version. I'm not sure how much boost i'm running right now but i'd guess around 7psi.

Should I try trimming the spring or just sell the SOB and buy something else? other ideas are welcome too. Tired of listening to surge though. Probably not great for my turbo either.

This won't be the cheapest option, but I've had great luck with the HKS SSQVs. Worked flawlessly in several different applications, no messing around or tweaking needed. I took the fin insert out though to reduce the rice level.

Yeah that's why i chose the blitz. It's pretty quiet and just sounds like an air dump.

I had a blitz for a bit and to fix the surge I added another vaccum fitting and ran a second line to it. The nipple on the blitz I had looked pretty restrictive because it had some dumb design to make it rotate. Even after the mod it was not that great of a bov but better than before.
