And for-the-record, I only ever use the stock 1foot long tire-iron that came with the car... that way I know I can get the fuckers off when I'm on the side of the road. I FUCKING HATE SHOPS that use impact wrenches, cause you're fucked when you need to change a tire in an emergency. When I bought my Konig Heliums from Goodwin I also ordered the McGard spline-drives. They are awesome and the special tool fits in the stock 1foot tire-iron. I never bother applying anything to the threads and I've never had a single problem in 30-40 tire install/removals. |

i did go to princess auto before, but when i went they were sold out...so really cant do anything about that and its an hour drive so i dont feel like going back. And i cant shove anything to go around the lug to get it out because the hole that is around the lug is to small the rim hole w.e so that is why i have to drill it out there is no other way. Crappy Tire had a sale but they were sold out to, it was 60$ now there back to 120$...

Do you really live in such a shitty little town that UPS and FedEx won't venture into it?

i use an electric impact wrench. it tightens the lugs to 75tq. then i hit it with a torque wrench to 80 lbs.

I take the extra 60 seconds per tire and snug them up in the air, then drop it on the ground, then torque to 80 ft.lbs.
If you can fuck up lugnuts, mabye you shouldn't be browsing a site that promotes assembling and designing your own turbo kit? :ugh2: |

This is done. Shit always starts like this because one person says something stupid and then others and then this happens. So maybe if people didnt say stupid shit to other people we would all have a good time :)
