Default Can anyone ID this switch? (Non-USA Market)

So, while browsing around the internet trying to find a cheap source on the combo switch that fits in the blanks on the dash (not for fog lights, but for a stock looking switch) I found some switches that are definitely Mazda, but I haven't seen them in any US catalogs. I'm assuming that they're EDM/JDM switches, but I wondered what it is they do.

One of the ebay ads I read referred to it as an "emergency power window switch."

Anyone have any clues?

Turns power windows on/off.

Similar to the ones you might have to turn off the windows in the rear to keep over-active kids in the car.

Interesting. Makes sense in a land yacht, not so much when you can reach over and slap the person fiddling with the switches in the center console.

I assume this is the result of some regulatory body and safety laws regarding power windows that the US doesn't have to deal with (or am I just blind and haven't noticed this switch in US Miatas, my 94 has factory power windows and no switch)? Might have to order one just 'cause.
