I'm in the process of cleaning up the engine bay, and I have come across these two relays. I no longer have AC in the car, which I assume that is what these are for. They are tied into the radiator fan wiring, I figure they control the aux. fan for when the AC is on. Can I just connect the main fan wiring to the aux. and cut out these relays? (sorry for the suckass pics, cellphone camera ftl)

 

I would think YES, you can remove them. I have earlier 90 and i only have ONE AC relay, it tells the compressor to kick on, and the fan to kick on. But your powering your fans off the other side, Shouldnt have to sweat loosing those relays and how they are powered.

 

Unplug them and then make sure everything else still works...............
