Mine is looking pretty nice, at least in the order confirmation. Appears just like this, on two lines of text. Hope they make it!

They sent me the tracking # yesterday. Anyone know how to actually track this? I got the email with the tracking #, but the EMS website has no tracking information for this. If it's not there, then it may just not be in the system yet.

Name State Country City Street Across the various confirmation emails I got, it was written out in at least 3 different orders, but the address on the final package was done right. |
Third email, the one that followed the payment request.

Just received mine- ordered on the 11th- 8 days ago. Seems legit!
Thanks for the tip! |
Same here... order placed on the 11th, received today. :)

Use this Japanese EMS tracking site: https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/em.../index_en.html
If it's not there, then it may just not be in the system yet. I didn't know EMS has a Japan specific tracking URL. Apparently I was trying to track with the Chinese EMS site. |
I have to wonder if part of the problem that some folks are having involves this: There is no acknowledgement of my zip code on the package! Besides the unconventional (albeit rational) reversal of our standard address style, these five digits's absence can wreak havoc!
No, really, the wife sent a Christmas card to an address about two miles from here and it came back due to the zip code border being the main road between our homes. :dunno: Anyway, someone assumedly stateside scrawled my zip on the package with a fat marker, and I picked it up today. One day, the temperature in my garage will crawl out of the teens... |

Looking at a pic that was posted (from m.net), you can see the zip written in Sharpie on the package. It matches the zip for the location in the poster's profile: Hopatcong, New Jersey 07843 http://forum.miata.net/vb/attachment...2&d=1452527313 |
g2g, it's a good thing we're having this conversation on both forums.

My cancel was ordered on their end. Don't know why. Oh well. I was only purchasing to replace the fill cap. Mine cracked.

I got mine yesterday, I saw in your other thread that you have installed it already too. It looks like you mounted it in the opposite orientation of how it was shown in this revlimiter mod link (Suzuki Cappuccino (Nopro) Washer Fluid Bottle ? revlimiter.net). I think I like it oriented the way you did it better. Just curious, was it still fairly straightforward to install it that way, or did you have to fab some convoluted brackets? |
I was starting to get irritated, as mine had been showing 'in customs' since Tuesday, but it was delivered today. :D
Ordered on the 12th. Not that I was in much of a rush, as the car's apart for a VVT swap. |

Here is my bottle mounted. Barely clears the hood. It is impossible to make to 100% flat because the hood interferes but this will do. I used a piece of aluminum on the far end and a bolt with a plastic bushing on the drivers side |

On another note, in the order comments box, I used google translate to tell them "Please include delicious pickles and other snacks" in Japanese.
We will see what happens when I get the package. |

You can reverse all the elbows in the hood and point them to the opposite side. I got new rubber tubing and had to get a new t fitting bc the old one disintegrated. It is 5/32 windshield washer hose from autozone

Sold out... Well, it was great while it lasted. There has been such a run on them here lately though, maybe they will come back in stock again. |

Mine just arrived today. Granted the delivery was complicated because they left a digit off my mailing address. Once I figured that out, I marched down to my neighbor to pick it up. Glad I got in before the sellout, although I would trade for one of the fabricated aluminum cowl tanks offered in the classifieds earlier?

Because the order is initiated on the Rakuten site, not from the actual merchant. The delay is for the actual merchant (Suzuki Motors) to get back with the payment request. Be advised that patience is required to get this good deal. |

She replied and sent them the next day. Frequent flyer miles... |
^^ Congrats on finally getting them. I think you hold the record for most F'ed up delivery.
|
Just got the confirmation and paid through PayPal. $42 total. Boom!

Put my order in for two yesterday, one for each car.

whoohoo, just got my Cappuccino bottle! Thanks for posting the Rakuten link
|
Ordered mine 2-13, showed up 2-20. 60 bucks delivered for 2.

SPAM WARNING!
I tried to order Saturday night. This is the ONLY place I have entered my email address in the past week, at least. Tonight I am getting bombarded with all sorts of junk email (560 at least count), scams (paypal, eBay) and "subscription confirmations". BTW, the shipping brought this to over $43. Almost as much to ship as the unit itself? No thanks. |

Almost as much to ship as the unit itself? No thanks. I agree, the shipping is high for such a lightweight item, but it does ship from overseas and even at $43 total it is cheaper than other sources for that bottle. And again, it is dependent on the both the current exchange rate and the shipping method you choose. Anyway, I hope their site hasn't gotten hacked or something and causes this option to go away. :ohnoes: |
UPDATE:
Mail spamming appears to be unrelated to Ratukan. Apparently, mail server was breached. Over 700 emails last night (and that was after I set some filters to get the majority). Well over 2000 this morning, which makes that email address all but useless. And, after looking at the replies above, $43 isn't all that bad. Overseas shipping is robbery. |
Had problems
I tried ordering one of these and couldn't enter the correct phonetic spelling??? got everything else entered ok but can't seem to get past this WTF am I supposed to put in here?
Also had a hard time putting in the postal code, so entered it the way that seemed to work and then just added it in my address line as well..... Chris Rummel |
Didn't know this was a thing! Going to order and set it up over the winter to get me a bit more room to work in the engine bay for go fast stuff and to tidy things up in there.
|
anyone
Anybody know how to properly place this order? Still having trouble.
|
alternative link
I found another source in Japan if anyone else is as frustrated as me with the other link
This one is more expensive, but it is still only about $80 shipped. Which is still better then $180. Chris Rummel front wind windshield wiper / washer for Suzuki CAPPUCCINO EA21R 1995...2011 | MegaZip online shop |
I bought 2 of them in the original buy. Still have 1 sitting around for my other car but willing to sell it.
$70 shipped (IIRC that's about what I paid with international shipping). If interested PM me. |
