Just thought I'd share this link to a thread on M.net in case anyone is interested in a low cost source for one of those Suzuki Cappuccino wiper bottles (for in cowl setups).

I can attest that the source listed is indeed legit. For <$39, I got genuine goods back from Japan within 2 weeks, which included a back-order delay of over a week. Certainly not the cheapest solution to a wiper bottle relocation, but it is a nice and neat one.

It's a multi-step process;
- First you order
- Then you get an email confirming the order - that's when you pay (via PayPal)
- Wait about 24hr to get another email (in Japanese) w/ a tracking number

they provide an ems tracking number. I ordered a week ago and it's showing as out for delivery today. EMS ships to USPS and USPS makes the final delivery.

Not that I expect any problems, but everyone I've seen so far has used PayPal, so please post back if you do encounter any problems when using credit card.

Is there anybody else out there that has received their bottle and that used a credit card for their payment? It would be nice to know.

I received the email with the shipping charges, but no link to confirm payment. I checked and they did charge my CC, so I'm assuming it's on the way. Nothing that I can decipher as tracking info, though. I'll advise when it arrives.

I received the Japanese email from order-confirm@rakuten.co.jp but I tried all the possible 11-13 digit tracking numbers but none worked. Oh well, I'm sure it's on the way.

^^ That sounds like they are on back order again until the 18th. (I got a similar email)

Tim, you can drag and drop your emails into a online translator and get a general sense of what they are saying. You probably either haven't received the email with the tracking number yet, or the number was just generated and won't be alive until Suzuki gets the package to the shipper.

Those guys at Suzuki are probably wondering why all of the sudden there is this mad run on washer bottles for the Capuccinos. :giggle:

Have you read the entire email through a translator? If not, post it here and someone can do it for you. Just edit your personal info for privacy. AS I recall, there was another person on M.net that ordered by bank transfer, but then he said his order got cancelled so he reordered it with Paypal instead. He still hasn't posted whether or not he got his or not yet though.

You'll get a separate email from "suzuki motors" in pretty much plain english with a link to the PayPal payment setup. Just like paying a Paypal invoice from any other supplier.

Click the link and it'll happen like any other PayPal transaction.

And then in a day or so you'll get an "order confirmation" pretty much in Japanese

Mine is supposed to ship on the 18th. Ordered on the 11th.

It looks like you ordered 2 bottles (is that right?), so your shipping fees might be be higher than for the rest of us, and it looks like you're also going to be charged an 8% tax, but nothing about canceling.

They do list several reason why an order may be cancelled, one of which is a "double order".

Mine showed up yesterday but the usps guy didn't leave it at my door. I had to go pick it up today at the post office but everything is totally fine with it.

Are you responding to the link (to paypal) in the email that Suzuki Motors sends (about a day after placing order at Rakuten), or from somewhere else?

Well, I just ordered a couple to see if that will save some shipping. I will buy a second Miata one day so I might as well.

On another note, in the order comments box, I used google translate to tell them "Please include delicious pickles and other snacks" in Japanese.

We will see what happens when I get the package.

SO, just a heads up for anyone using the EMS Tracking and seeing an unusual amount of time on the U.S. domestic front (after clearing Customs).

USPS has been serving this last leg of the delivery process on these, and for one unfortunate buyer over on M.net there were (apparently) some foreign language issues (??). It seems the address order on his package was jumbled around. It had all the right info, but the city, state, and zip came after his name (where the street should have been), followed by the street name below that. Of course USPS's knee jerk response was simply: "Invalid Address- Return to Sender.

In his case, he may have been able to catch it in the queue before it shipped back out. It definitely pays to watch the tracking on these.

Anyone know how to actually track this?

I got the email with the tracking #, but the EMS website has no tracking information for this.
