Default car is being mucho gay.

so i was out for a drive the other day and i pull to a light and it just stalls.... i turn the key over and try and start it and it realllly hesitates, i have to give it quite a bit of throttle...

ever since...the car will not idle...it turns over and fires up....but it just stalls right away...

I TRY TO HOLD THE THROTTLE IN AND HAVE IT RUN AT A CONSTANT 3000rpms AND IT DIPS DOWN HESITATES. I basically have to keep the throttle in half way just to keep the car alive.

clogged fuel line? i just don't know. any suggestions?

I"m not too concerned the car is giong into a shop here shortly for some belfab rods and pistons... !!! So i'll just have them figure it out.

but it's really bothering me. ahha

it would take a severe vaccumm leak to do this though wouldn't you think? i.e. intercooler hoses.

Sounds more like you lost a coil or your cat broke up and plugged the exit. Smack your cat with a rubber mallet and see if it rattles... If that's not it check for spark on all 4.... to be that bad you had to have lost more than 1 cylinder. Miatas will idle on 3.

nvm... i guess sometimes you just have to look a littttle closer... it was the hose that connects to the IC and the bottom of the throttle body. hehe.
