I don't remember what needs to be unplugged.

Is it just the ignitor and fuel pump relay fuse?

 

Just the ignitor or the coil. Fuel pump relay unnecessary.

 

Pulling the fuel pump relay prevents you from spewing gasoline out through the plug holes and pumping it down into the exhaust.

If it's easier to reach, you can disconnect the four injector clips, or (if you know where to find it) common connector X-12, a 6 pin connector on the cold side near the back of the head, which disconnects all the injectors at once.
