I could swear there used to be a thread on the site called something like "Connector Witchhunt" for locating sources for various connectors, but cannot find it (I think it used to be stickied). I've searched, but nothing. Am I going mad?

The "search this thread" function here is FUBAR. You can search for a word in the very first post, and it pops no results. WTF.

 

The forum search tool is god awful. Better to use google.

I searched for the following "site:miataturbo.net connector witchhunt". The "Site:" command limits the search to whatever site you enter.

 

Yeah, I know that...I guess I was just far too trusting that the forum search would be worth a damn.
