Coolant boiling/gurgling noises
After driving for a bit and shutting off the car, I can hear this gurgling/bubbling noises at the water neck. So far I've bled the system and replaced the rad cap and still, nothings changed. I'll be grabbing a cooling system pressurizer tester thingy within a couple of days and testing the system. What could it be? Head gasket? Thermostat??
I haven't overheated the car in a while, last time I did I cracked the head (March) and did a head gasket job, got a new head, and all that. The last time I compression tested the engine it was 150psi flat across all cyls. Ever since replacing the head, temps are usually sub 200 unless really pushing the car. Never overheated since getting the new head. I run straight water with water wetter and a "dash" of coolant. Stock radiator, no reroute.
