Default COPs and WI for Noob

I have a 99 with BEGi S1 and xcede. The COPs write ups seem easy enought, but the dwell reducer board is past my skills. The WI, I am mainly interested in useing as a steam cleaner. I really liked Joes remote tank and refilling the washer tank mod. Would the stock washer tank pump have enough pressure to power a nozzle, only out of boost to clean the pistons for now. Looking to build in stages, will add better pump and hobbs switch as I go.

No, stock pump isn't even close to enough pressure.

On COPS, don't know what to tell you besides maybe pay someone to build dwell reducer. I do know that running COPS is way worth it...but MegaSquirt makes it easy.

Therein is the problem, at the time of the turbo install the MegaS was not an option. I have ran the plugs @0.040 gap with the stock coils and no miss to the limiter. It pulled 220 and a year later it still pulled 219.5rwhp (Dynojet).
