I've got a mk2.5 1.6 with a dash that wont work. All the lights come on turn signals work abs light works pretty much all the lights work. What doesn't is the odometer, tach, speedo, and fuel gauge. I'm currently running a diy efi core 4 ecu but cant seem to find the cause of the problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

 

I figured it out, the black and blue wire on connector 1 has no ground. Why exactly who knows. Edit: the grounding block behind the left hand front headlight was crusty and rusty. After cleaning all works well.
