Default Depowering rack and keeping AC

I understand I need an idler pulley for the AC belt and that seems to be pretty easy to find, but what the hell does it attach to? Do you use the old PS tensioner?

Same bolts as where the PS is, remove the PS pump and put the idler pulley assembly there.
