Door closing clunk/sound
I'm just curious if this happens to everyone else.
All the miatas I ever owned and every other NA I've been in, the doors don't make a nice, solid "thunk" sound that new cars do (with their 100lbs doors).
Obviously, I don't give a flying ----, but all my passengers apologize because they think it's their fault. Cracks me up. Every. Single. Time.
*passenger gets in, closes door*
*door closing sounds its about to fall off*
*oh sorry!*

From the first time I shut the door on my nb, I remember thinking that sounds like a quality made door. It has a well made, solid sound to it. IDK how else to explain it?
It doesn't sound like it belongs on such a lightweight mini car.
