Default Feedback on this used Miata

Hey Y'all,

I'm planning on trading my MK7 VW golf & came across this miata https://www.jimellis.com/used/Mazda/...5fea70b1ad.htm.

It's obviously modded, turbo kit, steering wheel, lip, ect. I was wondering if anybody knew whose car this was, things to look out for when test driving it or any other helpful comments. I'm completely green to miata's so any comments at all would be helpful.

Thanks in advance

No idea how the dealership is going to sell it with the CEL. GA cars not have to pass any sort of inspection whatsoever?

Looking at the BBR kit its marketed to pass emissions in all 50 states. It looks like the downpipe from the turbo goes into the stock CAT. So it shouldn't fail readiness or visual. IDK much about the provided tune but that could clear the CEL if there was one.

Depends on what county you live in. Here in Dawson County, race country, we have no vehicle inspections.
