If I run a laggier turbo does this mean that I will have less boost at lower rpm and therefore need less fueling for cruising. I cruise at 3krpm so I guess there are not many turbos that wont hit full boost by then anyway.

Just wondering if there is a set up that offers better fuel consumption?

 

no matter what size turbo you run you aren't going to be in boost for cruising. it takes a 10hp to maintain cruise

nope, i can bring my car to 7000 rpm without going into boost
