In Houston. Anyone have any experience with them? Competence? Quality of their work?

Overpriced, but good quality work.

No, but a car that was worked on by them has come up in discussions with a friend.

Thanks

Great guys. Fast, quick, reliable work. I've taken my car to Clint for stuff I can not do, or do not have the tools to do, since he was working out of his homes garage. They are the kind of shop that will tell nothing is wrong with your car if nothing is wrong with your car, yet will take the time to find what is wrong with it if something is.

Plus they are pretty fast at turning your car around. I think they did all my bushings in a few hours a few months ago.

Clint is pretty well known in the Texas Miata world. I think his work is well regarded.

Clint Host of Gas Head Motorworks is the man to see in Houston if you want to improve your Miata or Lotus.
