Im thinkin about ordering some Ground Controls but im unsure about spring rates. What would you guys recommend? I'll be using these with Tokico Illuminas. I want something that comfortable for street but can also handle the track.
Thanks

300f 250r - that is almost comfortable here in Atlanta with lots of potholes and steel plates everywhere in the road. I had 400f 300r and it was noticeably worse. I'm running with bilstein R shocks and they're OK.

m2, the roads here are really good, flat and smooth. How much stiffer did the 400/300 feel?

Significantly... but I'd wait for more input from others that are running higher rates on smoother roads. My only other experiences are with race rates... though did run 800f and 350r at Sebring.
Mlow is running 450 or 500 front and 300 rear on his Koni sports and it's rough... personally I'd daily drive it with those rates here as the ride doesn't bother me much at all. I will hopefully be running a similar setup before long.
Running 450/350 on my Koni yellows. Personally I like it. On the wife scale, it's a little on the rough side..... And that's with lovely cdn roads too.
You need to make sure you don't go too high a spring rate above what those shocks will handle though.....

I run 650fr 450 rr on Koni yellows and I am pretty happy, I do want more spring up front though, it's not that bad IMO.
As far as your shocks go, I have no idea what they can handle...you do not want to overpower them with too much spring.
I'd give $200 for a used set. No more though.
