Default Grinding noise when clutch pressed

en I have the clutch pressed in (not necessarily all the way, but past the engagement point) I get a grinding noise from the car. Is this the throwout bearing going out? I’ve never worked on a manual transmission car before

Here is a video I took of the sound

Sounds more like pilot bearing to me, but in theory could be either. Functionally, it doesn't matter—trans has to come off, and if you do so without at least replacing both bearings, you're foolish.
