Default Guage lights not working+other electrical gremlins

Ok guys, need help tracing a wiring issue. So, i have no guage lights, no hvac lights, radio lights up (stock radio) and all warning lights/turn signals light up. tail lights also work to an extent, tails light up just fine. if you dont have the running lights on and hit the brakes, all running lights illuminate and also the radio lights up when you hit the brakes lol. i have swapped clusters thinkibg that might be the issue but nothing, its all the same. other misc electrical issues that might help. oil pressure guage does not move (not sure if just issue with cluster or not) airbag light on due to no front crash sensor or driverside air bag. random beeping coming from dash occasionally(airbag light is working) no door chime/seatbelt chime/buzzer(not sure if theres supposed to be). p/o wired fans to be on all the time when keys in. any help would be greatly appreciated

Remove brake light bulbs from the sockets and then turn on the parking lights and see if they all come on. And if the dash lights come on. Report your findings.

I'm helping.
