Unhappy Hard first start in morning, Fuel or Vacuum?

First thing in morning after sitting all night, car engine cranks fine, starts, but immediately shuts off. Starts again and again, but continually just shuts off. I have to hit the gas pedal to try and catch it as it start, cause if i can get it to get above 1500-2000rpm, it will stay running and running fine unless I let off gas to come down to idle, then it dies. When I do catch it and keep it ruinning, it only takes about 2 minutes or so of running and it will be totally fine. Idles, runs smooth, will shut off and start fine again. Thinking maybe something to do with the fuel pump override on the stock airbox. Maybe with the turbo and intercooler piping, its not reading enough vacuum to keep fuel pump on?? or am i way off base. Checked all over, no vacuum leaks. Runs fine and starts fine rest of day. Runs fine under boost as usual. Just very annoying in the morning and getting worse. Is there a way to bypass the orride on the fuel pump to not be controlled by the airbox vacuum signal to check if I'm getting fuel. any crazy ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks.
