I placed an order for the Lotus Elise seat brackets almost 3 weeks ago, and haven't heard anything except for an automated message confirming they have my order. This week I called (left a message), emailed, and reached out on Facebook and have heard no communication. Should I be worried?

 

Update: I did get a response (via Facebook) and now have a tracking number.
