Lots of plug-in, heated garments available from retailers that sell touring-style motorcycle attire. Gloves, pants, jackets, socks, even helmet liners.

My step father has one of these and he said in 30 degree temps outside it'll cause you to sweat if your not careful. The down side is that's not really washable.
