Seat brackets are pretty simple, it should be pretty obvious what to do once you've got the stock seat out and the new seat by the car. Basically just some heavy duty L-brackets with 4 holes in them.

i put a sparco speed on stock rails and it was angled funny. i ended up taking it off because it was too annoying to engage the clutch.

Bottom mount seats are a huge PITA to mount to the floor, but they do get you about 2" lower.
