It'll idle at 800 rpm most of the time and then suddenly go to 1500 rpm for a few minutes. It'll drop back down to 800 eventually. I assumed it was the IAC. It doesn't hunt.

I noticed something today though.

I can also control the idle change w/ the push of the AC button.
I turn on the AC and bam, idle drops to 800. Turn off the AC and booya, idle goes up to 1500 again.

Is the AC tied to the IAC?
