Default Issue Stalling/Code 10/ECU

Hey everyone.
So I have owned an early 1995 M Edition (manufactured 11/30/1994 - before the updated 1995.5 ECU) with various parts added on, including a Jackson Racing supercharger. I have recently been chasing an issue with the CEL turning on under hard acceleration and more recently where the car will stall out at lights and stop signs if I do not apply a tiny bit of throttle. I eventually was able to get codes 10 and 25 to come up. I have since replaced the PRC solenoid valve and code 25 is now gone. I thought it was potentially running lean so I replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump and am now showing good fuel pressure at the fuel rail.

Unfortunately, this did not solve the issue entirely. The car will still stall out if I do not apply any additional gas and code 10 is still showing up. I have replaced the MAF three times now without any change. I started looking around and checked the ECU. The ECU's PN is BPL9-18-881 which based on my research online should be for a late 1995; however, the car has been driving like this for the entire time I have owned it (about three years). Additionally, the coils and wiring harness are 4 wires (early 1995). I have not had any issues with the tachometer.

One last detail that I'm not sure matters... The car has the center wire from the MAF going to a relay which is sending a signal tapped into a wire on the wiper blade motor (I do not know why). The relay has another wire going back into the MAF's wiring loom. So it appears that the relay is sort of on-line with the MAF's center wire. If anyone knows the purpose of this, please let me know! Clarification: MAF->RELAY (one wire going to wiper blade motor and another to ground)->MAF wiring loom

Can anyone provide any advice? Do I need to swap to a 1994-early 1995 ECU (BPE8-18-881), a 3-wire coil pack, both, or some other option? Or am I looking at the completely wrong parts?
