Default ITB Miata (94) starts then stalls (0 pulsewidth)

Hi,Some time ago my Miata suddenly stopped running, this was while driving. Now, after starting it the pulse width drops to 0.

It is a NA miata, with BPZE block and BP-4W head, 4AGE ITBs, running on an MS2.

We have replaced a number of parts;
Petrol pump, Petrol filter, FPR, Injectors, Ignition coil, Spark plugs, Spark plug cables, Relay (FP and Main, and all once (from a working car)), All fuses, Grounds (cleaned and one renewed), Battery.

Tested signal on:
CAS, TPS, IAT
-Tried jumping the FP
-Also doesn't work on stock ECU (with MAF)

Unfortunately after all these attempts still no result. The ECU is being checked at the moment, but I was wondering if anyone here had any other ideas? While we were working we found out that the injector on cylinder 2 randomly remains open.

As soon as the ECU gets the run signal the pulse witdh drops to 0!

(i've attached the latest logfile!)

Would like to hear!
