The Ecsta MX is a fairly popular tire on the Miata, about half a notch below the level of the Azenis RT-615, Hankook RS-2, or Bridgestone RE-01R.
What's your intended application? Enthusiastic street, AutoX, track, etc?

I'm running them on my SAAB. Use is a mix between in-city commuting and moderately aggressive TX Hill Country driving. (It's still a family car vice a sports car...)
They handle and ride better than the Pirellis that were on the rims when I bought the car. Grip in the turns is firmer and they don't seem to take as long to warm up.
Too new to give feedback on wear rates.

i ran these on my miata on the street for couple months , good tire for the price and very predictable.
here is a picture of them brand new, the only reason i bought them however is because i got a kick *** deal.
