Was hoping people had some recommendations for a good shop in the Portland, OR area
I really only need mechanical work not tuning.
The shop I usually use had their main mechanic quit a couple of weeks ago and things have been moving fairly slowly. Tuning isn't a problem(the shop's tuner is great) but I am still trying to work out this oil pressure issue and I don't have anywhere else to pull the motor and shim the oil pump to try and move this forward.

 

You want to go to AR Auto in Lake Oswego and you want to work with Eddie. He is one of the finest folks in the business.

 

P.S. AR = adrenaline racing. Very good reputation.

If you need machining, Dan Hall's machine shop is great. Always been pleased with their work.
