Hi there, before I take my car to the dealer, i want to ask you if it is possible to diagnose, trouble shoot and repair the following problem I have:

1. ABS light : sends code 1 3 when the engine is running
2. Side Kick Panel Box - missing the 15 A fuse. i tried to install a new one, but the slot is not holding it ?
3. Engine Fuse Box - All fuses are OK, including the one labeled for the ABS

Is there any place I Can look for detailed testing procedures ? Disable and enable the system back ? I read that if you don't follow the exact procedures you can inadvertedely may trigger the deployment of the bags. My car has both bags, ddrivers and passangers.
