Default Miata Key FOB thingy

My 1994 Miata has a key fob (sp?). I am unsure of what exactly it does. I was curious if anyone could/would tell me how it works and how to make it work. IT has two buttons on it and says auto security system. Thanks again.

It's not stock. Without a brandname you won't get much help. Can you find anything under the dash or hood that doesn't look stock?

I was told it was stock with the car. It reads MAZDA on it. I'm posting a picture now

Thanks for the interest. I'm trying to just figure out what it does and how to work it. I'm going to get hte battery replaced tomorrow and see. I asked the dealer, he said the last guy to know bout them died in a welding accident. Hope it's not true.

Okay I replaced the battery inside it and still no luck with it. Guess it doesn't work.
