well i'm still working on it, This is where i ended up however if i were to make it as a keychain, i'll put the intercooler behind the letters so it holds them.

Dimensions can be anything since i can scale them

I just tried to upload with no luck. I gotta find solidworks. My college uses Pro-Engineer and cad and both are not supported by shapeways

Seems like they would at least take STEP files, which Pro/E can export. I do it all the time. STEP is a pretty common export/import format.

See if i had a spare block, i'd draw it and print 1/4 scale model miata engine that one can put together piece by piece

Then make a 1/4 scale turbo and manifold and have a mini running engine idk what you would use for engine management maybe a micro squirt!!!!!!!

With the design above, couldnt you connect the letters to the top of the ic?

Yes i've been thinking about it, how about if i create a bigger inter cooler with a bigger turbo?

maybe but that keychain above is already running 10psi any more and you may bend the stock key chain and might have to invest in a forged one. LOL
