The car is a 93 and the motor is a 99. It seems to want to start .. it turns over for a split second ( you can hear the engine rumble for a second in the video ) .. then dies again with a loud wheezing sound.
We checked and made sure the fuel lines are correct so there should be gas .. but it seems like its dying right after it turns over and burn off all the starter fluid ..
Pull out one of the spark plug wires, and try to start the car to verify that it is getting spark. Also take a video where you are not just pointed at 2 bolts.
I was able to test for spark yesterday with a tool like this
The car finally ran for 10-15 seconds after we disconnected the MAF. Also, during that 10-15s window, if we give it any gas, the engine dies instantly. When it did run, it sounded strong but there's still plenty of troubleshooting needed to get it to stay and idle. I think mainly the air leaks in the intake tract, adjusting idle screw, and ignition timing to make it not die after a few seconds.
