I've failed this line too many times now. I'm going to get one made up, but I can't see how to do the banjo fitting. The top o-ring and lower o-ring are different diameters. I was thinking perhaps getting a 16mm banjo with crush washers. Has anyone tried this?

Also, the lower one, is it just a 16x1.5mm flare fitting? So something like this is what I need. -06 Male AN/JIC Flare to M16x1.5 Inverted Adapter | No Limit Manufacturing

The lower fitting I connected with a banjo, standard. The upper one you dont need to match the current oring sizes, if you can fit a standard banjo fitting do that.

Doesn't KA Injection or whatever they're called have a kit now for the PS lines?

I looked at this and mine wasn't the same. Looks like it's a LHD/RHD difference. Ie the high pressure flexible hose from the pump to the hardline on the rack is the same, but the hardlines on the rack are different.

LHD/RHD below.

Does anyone know what the flare fittings are, since it looks like I need to make a line to either connect straight into the rack (red circled fitting) or to connect to the existing hardline, ie mate with the blue circled fitting?

The red circled one is just normal inverted flare, metric threaded. You just have to know the tubing OD and you can get the right size nut. Its just like a big brake line. IIRC thats an option on the LHD rack just there isnt clearance to do it that way.
