Need FSM Assistance for '99 Head Assembly

Need FSM Assistance for '99 Head Assembly
I let the machine shop borrow my '95 FSM for building the block, guess I spoiled them. lol
Does anyone have the section of a '99 or '00 Mazda FSM just for the cylinder head assembly? Mainly looking for torque specs and clearances for the whole thing. I checked some of the old "FSM in PDF" threads, but most of the links were no good anymore and Lightweight Miata only has the Workshop Manual for the '99.
Also need to know what #s to be looking for when they put the OEM valve springs in the spring tester to check them out, if anyone knows that or if it's in the book.
